Blum CLIP top BLUMOTION 95° Inset Profile Door Hinge – INSERTA, Onyx Black

The Blum 71B9790 CLIP top BLUMOTION hinge is engineered for inset profile and thicker cabinet doors from 16–32mm thick. Unlike a conventional overlay hinge, its full-cranked arm positions the door inside the cabinet opening, producing the correct inset geometry and a neat, flush appearance.

The specialist 95° opening angle provides controlled movement for thicker doors while helping reduce the possibility of the door edge contacting the cabinet. It is suitable for kitchens, bedrooms, fitted furniture, display cabinets and bespoke cabinetry requiring an inset profile-door hinge.

Integrated BLUMOTION soft close

BLUMOTION soft-close technology is integrated inside the hinge boss, delivering a smooth, quiet and controlled closing action without needing a separate damper. The BLUMOTION function can be deactivated on individual hinges when required, which can improve the closing action on particularly small or lightweight doors.

Tool-free INSERTA installation

Blum's INSERTA fixing system allows the hinge boss to be secured without conventional fixing screws. Insert the hinge into the correctly prepared 35mm cup boring and close the INSERTA locking lever to secure it firmly in position. This provides fast, repeatable installation for cabinet production and replacement work.
