American Black Walnut Flexible Wood Veneer FSHM 30mm × 100m is a genuine real-wood veneer edging roll with a factory-applied heat-activated adhesive. It provides an efficient way to create a rich natural walnut finish on furniture, cabinetry, shelving and interior joinery.

American black walnut is valued for its deep brown colouring and attractive natural grain. Its appearance can range from warm dark tan to rich chocolate brown, with both straight and decorative grain patterns occurring throughout the veneer.

The 30mm width provides additional coverage for wider board edges, thicker panels and applications where extra trimming allowance is required. Supplied in a generous 100m roll, it is suitable for professional workshops, repeated edging work and furniture-production applications.

The veneer is supplied unfinished and sanded smooth. Once applied, it can be trimmed, lightly sanded and coated with a compatible lacquer, oil, wax or clear protective finish.

Application guidance

Apply to a clean, dry, smooth and stable surface. Position the veneer accurately and activate the adhesive using suitable edge-banding equipment, a veneer iron or another controlled heat source. Apply firm, even pressure while warm and allow the bond to cool before trimming.

Natural colour and grain variation should be expected throughout the roll.
