Promoter
The promoter is Hart Wholesale, 1–5 Rosshill Industrial Park, Sutton Road, Southend-on-Sea, SS2 5PZ, United Kingdom.
Eligibility
This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over who have purchased from Hart Wholesale and leave a genuine Google review. Employees of Hart Wholesale, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
To enter, customers must leave a genuine Google review during the relevant monthly prize draw period. Each genuine Google review counts as one entry. Reviews should reflect the customer's honest experience. A 5-star or positive review is not required to enter.
No purchase or review is necessary to enter the prize draw. To enter without leaving a review, send your full name, postal address, email address and phone number to marketing@hart-wholesale.com with the subject line "Monthly Prize Draw Entry" during the relevant monthly prize draw period. One free entry per person per monthly prize draw. Free entries will have the same chance of winning as review entries.
Entry Period
Each monthly prize draw opens at 00:01 on the first day of the calendar month and closes at 23:59 on the last day of the same calendar month.
Entry Limits
Each genuine Google review counts as one entry into the relevant monthly prize draw. Customers may only submit one review per order or customer experience. Duplicate, repeated, automated, or fraudulent reviews may be excluded.
Prize
One winner each month will receive a £50 Hart Wholesale voucher. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant monthly prize draw period.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw using the email address associated with their Hart Wholesale order. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, Hart Wholesale reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random.
Prize Delivery
The prize will be issued within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance of the prize.
Review Requirements
Reviews must be genuine Google reviews, based on a real customer experience, and must not contain offensive, unlawful, misleading, or inappropriate content. Hart Wholesale reserves the right to exclude entries that appear fraudulent, duplicated, automated, or otherwise invalid.
No Endorsement by Google
This prize draw is run by Hart Wholesale and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Google.
Data Protection
Personal data will be used only for the purpose of administering the prize draw, contacting the winner, and issuing the prize. Personal data will be handled in accordance with Hart Wholesale's privacy policy.
Changes or Cancellation
Hart Wholesale reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
General
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions. Hart Wholesale's decision regarding the prize draw is final.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
