Everbuild Silicone Sealant 996 Low Modulus (380ml, Clear) is a one-component, neutral-cure, low modulus silicone sealant for sealing expansion joints, movement joints, and gaps in facades, curtain walling, and cladding systems where significant thermal or structural movement is expected. The low modulus formulation remains permanently flexible, accommodating large joint movements without cracking or debonding.

The clear formulation is ideal for applications where the sealant must be as discreet as possible, such as structural glass joints, frameless glazing, and transparent facade systems. Suitable for interior and exterior use.
