This white mortice magnetic catch combines a press-fit plastic housing with a movable steel counterplate that knocks into the door. It provides a compact recessed magnetic closure with an approximate 1.4 kg pull.

Fitting and use
Press fit the catch into the Ø12 mm recess. Position and knock in the steel counterplate so that it can meet the magnetic face. Check the pin and housing clearances against the drawing before installation.

Does the counterplate screw on?
This version has a knock-in counterplate rather than a screw-fixed plate.
Is the kg figure a door weight rating?
No. It is the approximate magnetic pull, not the weight of a door that the fitting can support. Contact, alignment and the gap between the parts affect retention.
