1840–1850 × 32mm Brass-Plated Steel Piano Hinge

This lightweight steel piano hinge, also called a continuous hinge, has a 32mm open width and is supplied in an approximate overall length of 1840–1850mm. Its electro-brass plated finish provides the traditional warm appearance of brass while retaining a steel construction.

A continuous hinge supports the hinged edge along its length rather than concentrating movement at several separate hinge positions. It is suitable for appropriately specified furniture, cabinets, boxes, long lids, screens and access panels.

Supplied as one complete hinge length. The hinge can be cut to a shorter required length using suitable steel-cutting equipment. Any cut edges should be deburred and suitably protected because cutting exposes the underlying steel.

Fixing screws are not included. Select compatible countersunk fixings of the correct diameter, length and material after inspecting the hinge and substrate.
