The Blum AVENTOS HF top 78Z5500T12 hinge set provides the unsprung outer and centre hinges required for a screw-on bi-fold front. Intended for wooden fronts and wide aluminium frames, this genuine nickel-plated set contains four CLIP top hinges and six 0mm horizontal-cam mounting plates.

Two 120° outer hinges connect the upper front to the cabinet. Two centre hinges connect the upper and lower panels so they fold together as the HF top lift opens.

This is not a complete lift system. The application also requires selected HF top lift mechanisms, telescopic arms, cover caps and front fixings. SERVO-DRIVE electrical parts are separate. Select mechanisms and arms from cabinet height, complete front weight and current Blum planning criteria.

Is this only a pair of centre hinges?

No. Blum 78Z5500T12 is a complete hinge set containing two outer 120° unsprung hinges, two unsprung centre hinges and six 0mm mounting plates.

Does the whole AVENTOS HF top front open to 134°?

No. It is the centre-hinge folding angle. The outer hinges are 120°, and complete front travel depends on the planned system.

Can the set be used with aluminium frames?

Yes, for wide aluminium frames. Narrow frames need the separate narrow-frame set. Check whether additional cruciform plates are required at the centre hinges.

Are the hinges sprung?

No. Both the 70T5550.TL outer hinges and 78Z5500T centre hinges are unsprung for use in the planned AVENTOS HF top lift application.

Are fixing screws included?
