The Blum AVENTOS HF top 22F2500 lift-mechanism set provides the lower strength range for tall wall cabinets with two-part bi-fold fronts. The supplied pair covers a power factor of 2700-13500 and combines integrated BLUMOTION soft-close with precise force adjustment.

Two symmetrical zinc-plated mechanisms, their positioning systems and eight 4 × 35 mm chipboard screws are supplied. Select the matching HF top lever arms and remaining system hardware separately.

Calculate the power factor before ordering
For symmetrical fronts, calculate power factor by multiplying cabinet height in millimetres by the combined weight in kilograms of both fronts, including handles. Choose 22F2500 only when the completed calculation falls within 2700-13500 for two mechanisms.

For asymmetrical fronts, use Blum’s theoretical cabinet-height method. Where ranges overlap, follow current Blum guidance for the complete cabinet geometry and front weight.

Designed for AVENTOS HF top
AVENTOS HF top folds a two-part front up and away from the working area. The 22F2500 mechanism set is used across the HF top cabinet-height range of 480–1200 mm, but the correct mechanism strength still depends on the calculated power factor. Do not select it from cabinet height alone.

A third mechanism can increase the power-factor range by 50% and may be recommended for wide cabinets. Follow current Blum planning instructions for three-mechanism applications.
