PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Blum METABOX K Full-Extension Drawer Runner Pair – 400mm, 118mm High, Cream

Make everyday drawer contents easier to reach with the Blum METABOX DR330K400 full-extension steel-sided drawer system. Its 400mm nominal length and 118mm K-height steel sides suit compatible kitchen, bedroom, wardrobe and utility cabinetry. The cream finish provides a neat, neutral appearance inside the cabinet.

Full extension helps you reach items stored towards the back more easily than with a single-extension system. This runner pair has a 25kg load rating. Match the exact reference and K-height construction when replacing an existing runner.

Required front fixing brackets

To attach a wooden drawer front, you need the ZSF1700 right-hand screw-on front fixing bracket and the ZSF1700L left-hand screw-on front fixing bracket. Use one of each hand for the drawer front. These are essential front attachment fittings, not the optional soft-close accessory; order them separately when building a new drawer.

Add soft-close with Z700320

The Z700320 BLUMOTION soft-close attachment fits all METABOX runners, including this METABOX 330 full-extension model, to make the drawer soft-close. It is an optional accessory sold separately, not included with this runner pair.

Choosing and fitting your drawer system

Check the exact Blum reference, nominal length and side height against your existing drawer or new cabinet plan. The 118mm dimension describes the steel drawer-side height, not the drawer-front height or minimum cabinet opening. Check the relevant planning dimensions for installation depth and clearances.

This is a drawer runner and steel-side system, not a complete finished drawer. Plan the drawer base, back, front and compatible fixings separately. Use the required ZSF1700 right-hand and ZSF1700L left-hand brackets to attach the wooden drawer front.

For a shorter option with K-height sides, see the 350mm METABOX K full-extension runner pair.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which brackets attach the drawer front?

Use one ZSF1700 right-hand bracket and one ZSF1700L left-hand bracket. These screw-on front fixing brackets are required to connect a wooden drawer front and are ordered separately.

What does K height mean?

K identifies the 118mm steel drawer-side height. It does not specify the drawer-front height or minimum cabinet opening.

Is this full extension?

Yes. This is a METABOX 330 full-extension system, rather than a METABOX 320 single-extension runner.

What length is this runner?

The nominal length is 400mm. Check the relevant planning dimensions for installation depth and clearances.

Can I make this drawer soft-close?

Yes. Add the separate Z700320 BLUMOTION soft-close attachment. Z700320 fits all METABOX runners, including this full-extension model.

Is the soft-close attachment included?

No. Z700320 is sold separately. Full extension describes the opening travel; Z700320 adds soft-close movement.

Can it be used in bedroom, wardrobe and utility drawers?

Yes, where the cabinet and drawer construction are compatible with this METABOX system. Check side height, nominal length, installation clearances and load requirements.

Does CRM mean chrome?

No. CRM identifies the cream finish on this product.

Who provides the lifetime guarantee?

The lifetime guarantee is provided by Blum.
