Required front fixing brackets

To attach a wooden drawer front, order one ZSF1700 right-hand screw-on front fixing bracket and one ZSF1700L left-hand screw-on front fixing bracket. Both hands are required and ordered separately. These essential front attachment fittings are different from the optional soft-close attachment.

Choosing and fitting your METABOX drawer

Check the 550mm nominal length, 118mm side height and current Blum planning dimensions against your cabinet. Side height is not the drawer front height or minimum cabinet opening. This runner and steel-side system is not a complete finished drawer: select the required front brackets, wooden front, base, back and other components for your installation. Do not assume single- and full-extension systems are interchangeable.

Optional soft-close

The separate Z700320 BLUMOTION soft-close attachment fits all METABOX runners, including this full-extension version. It is ordered separately; soft-close is not built into this runner pair.

Explore Blum drawer runner accessories, compare the TANDEM and MOVENTO systems, or browse the Blum range.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which brackets attach the wooden drawer front?

Use one ZSF1700 right-hand bracket and one ZSF1700L left-hand bracket, ordered separately.

What does K height mean?

K identifies the 118mm steel drawer-side height, not the drawer front height.

Does full extension improve access?

Yes. Full extension gives access across the drawer, unlike the partial pull-out of a single-extension system.

Is soft-close included?

No. Add the separate Z700320 BLUMOTION attachment for damped closing.

Can I use these in bedroom, wardrobe and utility drawers?

Yes, where the cabinet and drawer construction suit the system. Check planning dimensions, fittings and loading requirements.

Who provides the lifetime guarantee?

The lifetime guarantee is provided by Blum.
