Single Screen Hinge 25 x 60 mm, Zinc-Plated Steel

The HI1229S single screen hinge combines a 25 x 60 mm listed size with zinc-plated steel construction. It is the steel option in this screen-hinge pair, distinct from the smaller 22 x 60 mm brass HI1229.

Choosing This Hinge

Use the material, dimensions and mounting layout together when comparing the two versions. Zinc plating is the specified surface treatment; the listing does not confirm an outdoor exposure rating, opening angle or load capacity. Match these requirements separately to your screen design.

Fitting and Selection

Confirm that the intended movement is unobstructed before final fixing, and select fixings appropriate to the receiving material. Do not assume that a similar-looking fitting has the same fixing centres or geometry.
