1829 × 32 × 1.2mm Grade 304 Stainless Steel Piano Hinge

This medium-duty stainless steel piano hinge, also known as a continuous hinge, measures 1829mm long and 32mm wide when fully open. It is manufactured from 1.2mm-thick Grade 304 stainless steel with a self-colour finish.

The 1.2mm leaf is the lightest thickness in this medium-duty group, providing greater firmness and accepting larger fixings than light-duty piano hinges while retaining a slim profile.

The countersunk fixing holes are positioned in line in opposing pairs at 101.6mm centres and accept No.6 woodscrews. The hinge has a 3.3mm-diameter pin and 25.4mm knuckle length.

Supplied as one complete 1829mm hinge length. It may be cut to a shorter required length using suitable stainless-steel cutting equipment. Cutting can alter the final hole positions and leave a sharp unfinished edge.

1. Measure and mark the required finished length.
2. Use suitable stainless-steel cutting equipment and protective equipment, then remove sharp edges and swarf.
3. Align the complete hinge before marking the fixing positions.
4. Select No.6 woodscrews of a suitable length and material for the substrate.
