3500 × 32 × 0.7mm Burnished Steel Piano Hinge

This rolled straight steel piano hinge, also called a continuous hinge, measures 3500mm long and 32mm wide when fully open. Its 0.7mm-thick steel leaves have a traditional burnished finish.

A continuous hinge supports the hinged edge along its length instead of concentrating movement at several separate hinge positions. It is suitable for appropriately specified furniture, cabinets, boxes, long lids, screens and access panels.

The factory-produced holes are countersunk for 2.5mm-diameter screws. Fixings must be ordered separately and selected to suit the substrate and intended application.

Supplied as one complete 3500mm hinge length. It may be cut to a shorter required length using suitable steel-cutting equipment. Deburr and suitably protect exposed cut steel after shortening.

7. Test movement and alignment before final tightening.
