Eclipse Heavy Duty Necked Barrel Bolt - 102x38mm - Polished Brass

The Eclipse Heavy Duty Necked Barrel Bolt in 102x38mm polished brass is a cranked or offset barrel bolt designed for use where a standard straight bolt cannot reach the keep due to a rebated door frame, door stop, or other obstruction. The necked profile allows the bolt to clear the rebate and engage the keep cleanly, making it the correct choice for rebated double doors, French doors, and similar applications where the two door leaves meet with an overlapping or stepped frame detail.

The heavy duty construction provides the strength and durability needed for reliable security on both internal and external doors, while the polished brass finish gives it a warm, traditional appearance that suits period-style ironmongery and classic door furniture. The smooth sliding barrel action ensures easy, consistent operation, and the 38mm backplate width provides a stable, secure fixing to the door face. As part of the Eclipse barrel bolt range, it is available in multiple sizes and finishes to suit a variety of rebated door applications.
