PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Easiwood White Beech Flexible Wood Veneer Sheet
Create a clean, natural real-wood finish with this Easiwood White Beech flexible veneer sheet. Measuring 2400 x 1200mm, it combines genuine White Beech veneer with a flexible backing, making it easier to apply to flat panels, gentle curves and shaped interior surfaces than traditional unsupported veneer.
White Beech has a pale cream to light beige appearance with a fine, even grain. Its understated colouring makes it particularly suitable for contemporary furniture, fitted cabinetry, display units and interior joinery where a bright and consistent natural timber appearance is required.
This is a genuine wood product, so natural variations in colour, grain and figuring should be expected. These variations are part of the character of real timber veneer and mean that every sheet is individual.

Bonding and Preparation
This sheet is not pre-glued or self-adhesive. Use an adhesive suitable for bonding backed wood veneer to the chosen substrate. MDF, plywood and other stable interior woodworking panels may be suitable when they are clean, dry, smooth and properly prepared.
Before installation, allow the veneer, substrate and adhesive to acclimatise in the working environment. Test the adhesive and finishing process on a small offcut whenever possible. Follow the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions for application, open time, pressure and curing.
Apply firm, even pressure across the full surface during bonding. The minimum achievable bend radius depends on the grain, backing, adhesive, substrate and installation method, so test a sample before covering a prominent or tightly curved component.
Cutting and Finishing
Measure carefully and cut using sharp, suitable woodworking tools. Support the veneer during cutting and work carefully around exposed edges. Light sanding may be carried out after bonding where necessary, but avoid sanding through the thin natural wood face.
The veneer may be stained, lacquered, oiled or otherwise finished using a compatible interior wood-finishing system. Because real wood can react differently to stains and coatings, always complete a test area first. Seal and finish the installed veneer appropriately for its intended interior environment.
White Beech or Steamed Beech?
White Beech is chosen for its paler cream or light beige appearance. Steamed Beech generally has a warmer pink, salmon or reddish tone created by the steaming process. Natural variation occurs in both products, so use material from the same sheet or batch where close colour matching is important.
Important Information
- Real wood naturally varies in colour, grain and figuring.
- Product photographs are representative and cannot show every natural variation.
- Check colour and grain direction before cutting or bonding.
- This product is intended for interior applications unless a complete exterior-rated installation system has been independently specified.
- It is not described as waterproof or suitable for permanently wet environments.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this real wood veneer?
Yes. The visible surface is genuine White Beech wood veneer. Natural differences between sheets are normal and should be expected.
Is the sheet self-adhesive?
No. It requires a separate adhesive suitable for backed wood veneer and the selected substrate.
Can it be applied to MDF or plywood?
It may be bonded to suitable, stable MDF, plywood and other interior woodworking substrates when the surfaces are correctly prepared and a compatible veneer adhesive is used.
Can it cover curved surfaces?
The flexible backing makes it suitable for many gentle curves and radiused surfaces. Suitability for a particular radius depends on the direction of the grain and the complete installation method, so test an offcut first.
Can White Beech veneer be stained?
It can be stained or clear finished with a compatible wood-finishing product. Always test first because the natural wood colour and grain can affect the final result.
Will every sheet look identical?
No. Grain, shade and figuring vary naturally because this is genuine wood veneer.
