2000 × 76 × 2.5mm Grade 304 Stainless Steel Continuous Hinge
This architectural continuous piano hinge measures 2000mm long and 76mm wide when fully open. It is manufactured from 2.5mm-thick Grade 304 stainless steel with a satin-polished finish.
Designed to support the full hinged edge of an appropriately specified door, it is suitable for demanding architectural timber and steel door installations. Continuous support can help distribute movement and loading more evenly than several separate hinges.
The hinge has a 7mm-diameter pin, 25.4mm knuckle length and in-line countersunk holes at 101.6mm centres. The holes accept No.10 woodscrews or M5 machine screws.
It carries an EN 1935 Grade 14 classification with a 160kg test mass. The complete installation must still account for door dimensions, usage, frame construction, fixing strength and environmental conditions.
