The Blum 70T9590BTL is a 95° overlay concealed hinge for thick cabinet doors and doors with pronounced profiles. Its unsprung, free-swinging action makes it particularly suitable for handleless doors operated by a compatible Blum TIP-ON push-to-open unit.

The Onyx Black finish coordinates with dark cabinet interiors and fronts. Blum’s INSERTA hinge-cup fixing allows fast, tool-free installation into a correctly prepared door drilling pattern, while the CLIP connection permits tool-free attachment and removal of the door from a compatible mounting plate.

Planning and installation

Door thickness, door profile, cup drilling distance, required overlay and mounting-plate height must be planned together. Although this hinge accommodates thick and profiled fronts, suitability depends on the door geometry and drilling position. Check Blum planning information or trial-fit the application before drilling finished doors.

INSERTA requires a 35mm cup hole plus two correctly positioned 8mm fixing holes. Once the drilling pattern is prepared, the INSERTA mechanism locks the hinge cup into the door without separate fixing screws.

A compatible Blum CLIP mounting plate is required and sold separately. The plate height must be selected according to the required overlay and cabinet construction.
