Blum 75B1550 CLIP Top BLUMOTION 107° Overlay Hinge

The Blum 75B1550 is a sprung, soft-closing concealed hinge for standard full-overlay cabinet doors. Its straight hinge arm positions the closed door over the front edge of the cabinet side.

A practical 107° opening angle makes it suitable for kitchen cupboards, wardrobes, bathroom cabinets, bedroom furniture and fitted storage.

The contemporary Onyx Black finish is ideal for dark cabinet interiors and furniture where the concealed hardware may remain visible when the door is open.

Integrated BLUMOTION soft close

Blum’s BLUMOTION mechanism is integrated into the hinge cup, slowing the door during the final stage of closing for smooth and quiet operation.

BLUMOTION can be deactivated on individual hinges when necessary. This is useful on smaller or lightweight doors where fewer active dampers can produce a better closing movement.

Shallower 11.5mm hinge cup

The 75B1550 requires an 11.5mm-deep cup boring, compared with the 13mm cup used by many current 110° Blum hinges.

It is designed for standard cabinet fronts starting from 15mm thick. Blum’s normal planning information covers doors up to 24mm; thicker or heavily profiled doors should be trial-fitted.

Screw-on cup fixing

The 35mm hinge cup is secured to the back of the cabinet door using suitable screws through the two flange holes.

“Screw-on” refers only to the hinge-to-door fixing. A compatible Blum CLIP top mounting plate must be ordered separately.
