Blum 71T3650 CLIP top 110° Half-Overlay Screw-On Hinge

The Blum 71T3650 is a sprung concealed hinge for a dual or half-overlay cabinet-door application. Two doors can hinge from opposite sides of a shared central partition, each covering only part of the panel. Dual describes the fitting arrangement, not the number supplied: one purchase supplies one hinge.

Door-side screw-on cup

This model's product data identifies screw-on hinge-cup fixing, not INSERTA. Fit the 35 mm cup to a correctly prepared door with appropriate screws. The arm then clips without tools to a separately purchased compatible Blum CLIP mounting plate on the cabinet. Select the plate and drilling pattern using the actual cabinet geometry and Blum planning information; the mounting plate is not included. The existing data lists a 13 mm cup boring depth, but the old table also carried INSERTA dimensions from a different fixing version, so do not use those fixing-hole measurements to drill this screw-on hinge.

Sprung closing and adjustment

The 110° hinge has a closing spring, not integrated BLUMOTION soft close. A sprung hinge pulls the door shut; do not assume a switchable or built-in damper. The prior technical data lists ±2 mm side adjustment and +3/−2 mm depth adjustment with a spiral screw, with height adjustment through the selected plate. Test door clearance and thickness against current Blum planning information rather than treating an unverified 24 mm limit as universal.
