Blum CLIP 100° Half-Overlay Screw-On Hinge – Box of 250

The Blum 71M2650 is a sprung 100° concealed cabinet hinge for dual or half-overlay applications, supplied in a manufacturer’s trade box of 250 hinges.

A half-overlay hinge is used when two cabinet doors share the same central cabinet panel. Each closed door covers approximately half of the panel edge, allowing both doors to be mounted back-to-back on the shared partition.

The built-in closing spring pulls the door into its closed position and helps keep it securely shut. This is a self-closing hinge, but it does not contain integrated BLUMOTION soft close. Soft closing can be added using the appropriate clip-on Blum 973A0600 damper, available within the Blum BLUMOTION devices range.

The 35mm steel hinge cup is secured to the back of the door using screws. Once installed, Blum’s CLIP connection allows the hinge arm to attach to or release from its mounting plate without tools, making large-scale cabinet assembly and subsequent door removal more efficient.

Side, depth and mounting-plate height adjustment allow adjoining doors to be aligned accurately. The bulk pack is suited to kitchen manufacturers, furniture factories, cabinet workshops, installers and larger refurbishment projects.
