Blum 71T9590B CLIP top 95° Full-Overlay Sprung INSERTA Thick-Door Hinge

The Blum 71T9590B is a specialist CLIP top concealed hinge developed for full-overlay profile doors and thicker cabinet fronts up to 32mm.

Its controlled 95° opening angle helps prevent thick or heavily profiled doors from colliding with adjoining cabinets, walls or internal fittings. This makes it suitable for kitchens, fitted furniture, wardrobes and bespoke cabinetry where a conventional 110° hinge may open too far.

Sprung self-closing action

The 71T9590B contains a closing spring that pulls the cabinet door into its closed position. It is self-closing but does not contain integrated BLUMOTION soft-close damping.

It must not be confused with the 71B9590, which is the integrated BLUMOTION soft-close version.

Tool-free INSERTA fixing

Blum INSERTA technology secures the hinge cup into an accurately pre-drilled door without conventional fixing screws. Closing the INSERTA lever expands the dowels within the prepared fixing holes, producing a secure installation.

The CLIP mechanism also allows the fitted door to be connected to or removed from a compatible mounting plate without tools.
