Blum 75T1780 CLIP Top 107° Inset Knock-In Hinge

The Blum 75T1780 is a professional-quality, sprung concealed hinge designed for inset cabinet doors. Its fully cranked hinge arm positions the door inside the cabinet opening, while the 107° opening angle provides comfortable access for kitchen, bedroom and fitted furniture applications.

The shallow 11.5mm minimum cup drilling depth makes this hinge suitable for cabinet fronts approximately 15–24mm thick, subject to the door material, drilling position and a trial installation.

Important: this is a standard sprung, self-closing CLIP top hinge. It does not contain integrated BLUMOTION soft-close.

Designed for inset cabinet doors

An inset door sits within the cabinet opening rather than covering the cabinet sides. The final reveal around the door depends on the mounting plate height, cup drilling distance, front thickness and edge radius. A trial installation is recommended before drilling every door.

Knock-in cup fixing

The hinge cup has pre-mounted dowels that are pressed into prepared 8mm fixing holes. This provides a secure, repeatable fixing for production and workshop assembly. The knock-in cup is mechanically fitted and should not be described as tool-free.

Once installed in the door, the hinge arm connects to a compatible mounting plate using Blum’s tool-free CLIP mechanism. This allows the door to be attached and removed without disturbing the mounting plate adjustment.
