Blum 75T1780 CLIP top 107° Inset Knock-In Hinge

The Blum 75T1780 is a sprung CLIP top concealed hinge for inset cabinet doors. Its fully cranked hinge arm is designed for doors that close within the cabinet opening rather than overlaying the cabinet sides.

The hinge opens to 107° and has a built-in closing spring that pulls the door into its closed position. It is self-closing but does not contain integrated BLUMOTION. Optional soft closing can be added using the compatible Blum 973A0700 clip-on damper.

The 35mm steel hinge cup has pre-mounted knock-in dowels for secure installation into a correctly drilled door. Once fitted, the CLIP mechanism allows the hinge arm to attach to or release from a compatible mounting plate without tools.

Supplied as one hinge. The mounting plate, BLUMOTION damper and cabinet fixings are sold separately.

Installation guidance

The knock-in hinge cup requires accurately drilled 8mm fixing holes alongside the 35mm cup bore. A suitable insertion tool or press is recommended to seat the pre-mounted dowels correctly without damaging the hinge or door.

Inset-door clearances depend on the door thickness, drilling distance, mounting-plate height and required cabinet gap. A trial installation is recommended before drilling a complete set of doors.

No. It is sprung and self-closing but does not contain integrated BLUMOTION. The integrated soft-close equivalent is the Blum 75B1780.
