PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The Blum AVENTOS HK top 22K2900T TIP-ON lift mechanism set provides convenient upward opening for handleless, single-piece cabinet fronts. Covering the higher 3200–9000 power-factor range, it combines compact cabinet installation with Blum’s mechanical push-to-open operation.

A light press on the handleless front activates the separate compatible TIP-ON unit, allowing the cabinet door to be opened without handles or electrical assistance. When correctly selected and adjusted, the lift mechanisms provide light operating forces, balanced movement and variable stopping positions.

Mechanical TIP-ON opening for handleless fronts

Blum TIP-ON provides mechanical opening support without motors, cables or a power supply. The system is designed for contemporary handleless kitchens, utility rooms and fitted furniture where clean front lines and convenient overhead access are required.

This 22K2900T mechanism is the TIP-ON version and must not be confused with the standard 22K2900 BLUMOTION model. It does not provide integrated soft closing. A compatible short TIP-ON plunger and magnet set, catch plate or adapter plate is required and must be selected separately unless expressly included in the product record.

Upward-opening cabinet access

AVENTOS HK top raises the complete cabinet front upwards, keeping it clear of the working area. The compact stay-lift system requires no conventional cabinet hinges and is suitable for cabinet heights from 205–600mm and widths up to 1800mm.

The integrated opening-angle limiter is continuously adjustable between 75° and 100°. This helps control the front’s travel where a cabinet is installed beneath a ceiling, cornice or another potential obstruction.

The Blum 22K2900T covers a power-factor range of 3200–9000. Calculate the power factor by multiplying the cabinet height in millimetres by the complete front weight in kilograms, including all attached components.
