Sold in a complete box of 10 pairs, containing 20 individual hinges.
These extra-strong double-pressed butt hinges are designed for welding onto compatible steel doors and frames. Their robust steel construction and hole-free leaves make them particularly suitable for steel-door manufacturing and security-industry fabrication.

Weld-on installation
Installation should be completed by a competent steel fabricator or welder. Prepare the steel contact surfaces correctly and use a welding process appropriate for the hinge and adjoining steelwork. Protect the pin and moving knuckle from weld spatter and excessive heat.
Self-colour steel does not have a decorative or corrosion-resistant plated finish. After welding, clean the completed assembly and apply a suitable protective coating where required, particularly for exposed, damp or exterior applications.
