Case Hinge, Nickel Plated

The HI4248 case hinge is the nickel-plated hinge option identified specifically for case work in this range. It provides a focused starting point when selecting a hinged connection for a case rather than choosing a general screen hinge by appearance alone.

Choosing This Hinge

The current listing does not confirm dimensions or opening angle. For replacement work, measure the existing hinge and compare the leaf arrangement, pin position and fixing layout before ordering.

Fitting and Selection

Check the hinge position, leaf clearance and fixing layout against the lid, screen or panel. Confirm that the intended movement is unobstructed before final fixing, and select fixings appropriate to the receiving material. Do not assume that a similar-looking fitting has the same fixing centres or geometry.
