Blum 71B4500C CRISTALLO 110° glass-door BLUMOTION hinge

The Blum 71B4500C is a concealed hinge for suitable glass and mirror cabinet doors. It combines a 110° opening angle with integrated BLUMOTION soft close and uses the CRISTALLO system, where the door-side adhesion plate is bonded to the rear of the glass rather than using a conventional hinge-cup hole.

CRISTALLO components and fitting

This listing supplies one hinge. A compatible door-side adhesion plate, cabinet-side CLIP mounting plate and suitable professional glass-bonding process are required separately.

The associated Blum CRISTALLO adhesion plate is bonded to the rear of the glass or mirror door. The hinge then connects to the adhesion plate without drilling a conventional cup hole through the door. An appropriate Blum CLIP top mounting plate is also required on the cabinet side.

Final overlay, half-overlay or inset planning depends on the adhesion-plate position, cabinet construction, glass clearances and the selected mounting plate. Allow the clearance required by the complete installation plan to help prevent contact between the door and cabinet.

Installation guidance

Bonding the adhesion plate is a specialist glass operation. Use an experienced glass manufacturer to confirm surface preparation, bonding method and suitability for the actual glass or mirror door. BLUMOTION can be deactivated on an individual hinge when a lighter door needs less damping.
