180° Self-Closing Folding Door Hinge – 35 mm Cup

This 180° folding door hinge is suitable for free-swinging or guided wooden folding doors with inward opening. Its sprung, self-closing design provides uniform spring strength independently of the gap width and pivot-point position, with stabilised spring force during extending and folding.

An adjustable pivot offset helps you position the turning point to suit the door arrangement. The hardened steel axle runs in maintenance-free plastic bearings, while the zinc-alloy construction combines a nickel-plated cup and zinc-plated hinge arm.

Adjustment for accurate alignment

The hinge offers side adjustment of 0/+5 mm, height adjustment of ±1 mm and an adjustable gap of 0–10 mm. The factory setting is a 3 mm gap with the pivot point 1.5 mm off centre, giving you a defined starting point when aligning the folding doors.

Installation notes

Plan the number and position of the folding door hinges in accordance with the number and position of the door hinges. Provide a spacer with a gap greater than 0 mm. Order Hospa Ø4.0 mm countersunk screws separately. Check the fitting dimensions and door arrangement before installation.
