How to apply Kolor-Bond

1. Machine and dry-fit the worktop joint accurately before applying the sealant.
2. Make sure both joint faces are clean, completely dry and free from dust or loose material.
3. Apply a liberal, even coating to both sides of the exposed particleboard or chipboard core.
4. Bring the two worktop sections together and begin tightening the connecting bolts.
5. Check that the laminate surfaces are level before fully tightening the joint.
6. Remove the excess sealant from the surface with a suitable scraper and damp cloth before it cures.
