Application Guidance

Ensure the board edge is clean, dry, smooth and free from dust, oil or grease. Position the veneer carefully and apply even heat with firm pressure to activate the adhesive. Work progressively along the edge to help prevent movement, trapped air or uneven bonding.

Allow the adhesive to cool fully before trimming the excess veneer. The finished edge can then be lightly sanded and coated with a compatible lacquer, oil, stain or clear finish.

As oak is a natural wood product, variations in colour, grain and figure should be expected between rolls and individual sections.
