Oak Flexible Wood Veneer FSHM 30mm x 50m is a genuine real wood veneer edging roll with a factory-applied heat-activated adhesive, designed for finishing furniture panels, shelving, cabinetry and interior joinery.

Oak is valued for its warm natural colour, distinctive grain and classic hardwood appearance. It is suitable for both traditional and contemporary interiors, helping exposed board edges match oak-faced panels, doors, cabinets and furniture components.

The 30mm width provides extra coverage for wider board edges, thicker panels and applications where a generous trimming allowance is useful. The pre-glued backing removes the need to apply separate adhesive, helping simplify installation and produce a clean, consistent bond.

The adhesive is activated with controlled heat and firm pressure. The veneer can be applied using a suitable edging machine, veneer iron or similar controlled heat source. Once the adhesive has cooled, the excess material can be trimmed and lightly sanded for a neat, professional finish.

Application Guidance

Ensure the board edge is clean, dry, smooth and free from dust, oil or grease. Position the veneer carefully and apply even heat with firm, consistent pressure to activate the adhesive.

Work progressively along the edge to reduce the risk of movement, bubbles or uneven bonding. Allow the adhesive to cool fully before trimming the excess veneer.

The finished edge can then be lightly sanded and coated with a compatible lacquer, oil, stain or clear finish where required.

As oak is a natural wood product, variations in shade, grain and figure should be expected between rolls and individual sections.
