Grass Tiomos PCC Concealed Corner Hinge — 35mm Cup, Pie-Cut, Screw-On, Without Soft-Close

The Grass Tiomos PCC is a premium concealed cup hinge engineered specifically for pie-cut corner cabinet doors — the angled doors used in corner units where two doors meet at 45°. With a full-cup 35mm drill hole and screw-on fixing, it installs cleanly into standard European-drilled door blanks without the need for a press-fit clip plate.

Offering 3-dimensional adjustment via a compatible mounting plate, the Tiomos PCC delivers precise door alignment across height, depth, and lateral axes. The straight crank type suits standard overlay applications, and the low cup drilling depth of 11.8mm makes it suitable for doors up to 24mm thick — with a factory setting optimised for 19mm door thickness at 3.5mm cup distance.

Supplied without soft-close mechanism — ideal for installations where Tiomos Click-On soft-close or Blumotion is added separately, or where a clean, unassisted close is preferred.
