Blum 71B7550 CLIP top BLUMOTION 155° Overlay Hinge

The Blum 71B7550 is a wide-opening overlay cabinet hinge with a conventional screw-on cup and integrated BLUMOTION soft close. A 155° opening can make it easier to access pantry units, storage cabinets and fittings behind the door. Its zero-protrusion geometry can provide clearance for internal drawers and pull-outs when the overlay, plate position and cabinet are planned correctly; always check the completed installation rather than assuming clearance.

Choose and fit the screw-on version

Fit the 35 mm cup into a correctly prepared cabinet door and secure it with suitable screws. The hinge arm clips onto a separately purchased, compatible Blum CLIP mounting plate for tool-free door removal. This version is not an INSERTA or knock-in cup. Plan door thickness, edge profile, drilling distance, overlay, neighbouring surfaces and handle clearance before drilling. The existing product specification describes use with compatible doors up to 24 mm thick, subject to Blum's planning dimensions and a trial fitting.
