Blum 71B7590 CLIP top BLUMOTION 155° Zero-Protrusion Overlay Hinge – INSERTA

The Blum 71B7590 is a 155° wide-angle overlay hinge designed for cabinets containing internal drawers, pull-out shelves and other fittings that require an unobstructed opening.

Its zero-protrusion geometry keeps the open door clear of the pull-out path when the cabinet and overlay are correctly planned. This allows internal fittings to extend past the hinged side without colliding with the door.

Unlike the screw-on 71B7550 version, this model features Blum’s INSERTA fixing. The hinge cup locks into the prepared door drilling without separate cup-fixing screws, providing fast, tool-free hinge installation.

Integrated BLUMOTION delivers smooth, controlled soft closing and can be switched off at the hinge when required. The CLIP mechanism also allows the door to be attached to or removed from a compatible mounting plate without tools.

Where the full 155° opening is unnecessary, compatible restrictors can be fitted. HI70T7553 reduces the opening to approximately 110°, and HI70T755309 reduces it to approximately 92°.

Does the hinge include a mounting plate?

What does zero protrusion mean?

When the hinge, mounting plate and overlay are correctly planned, the open door remains clear of the cabinet’s internal pull-out path. This helps internal drawers and shelves open without striking the door.
