The Blum 71B9590 is a specialist 95° concealed hinge for overlay cabinet doors with thick or decoratively profiled fronts. Its straight arm is intended for overlay applications, with the final door position determined by the selected mounting plate, cup drilling distance and cabinet construction.

INSERTA tool-free installation

INSERTA secures the hinge cup into a correctly prepared door without conventional cup-fixing screws. The 35 mm cup and two 8 mm fixing holes must be drilled accurately before the INSERTA locking mechanism is closed.

INSERTA describes the connection between the hinge cup and the door. A compatible Blum CLIP mounting plate is still required on the cabinet and must be ordered separately.
