The Blum AVENTOS HK-XS 20K1301T TIP-ON lift set is a compact mechanical push-to-open stay-lift solution for small handleless wall cabinets, fitted units and cabinets above refrigerators. Its 500–1200 power-factor range places it between the lighter 20K1101T and stronger 20K1501T mechanisms, helping cabinetmakers select the correct spring force for the complete front.

Compact TIP-ON lift action for handleless cabinets

AVENTOS HK-XS is Blum's small-format stay lift for compact overhead cupboards. The single-piece front pivots upwards and remains at a convenient opening position while using little interior cabinet space.

This 20K1301T version is designed for mechanical TIP-ON operation. Pressing the front activates a compatible TIP-ON plunger and releases the door for opening. It is not a BLUMOTION mechanism and must not be described as soft closing. The planning arrangement uses compatible unsprung CLIP top hinges so that the spring in a conventional self-closing hinge does not oppose the push-to-open action.

Choose by power factor, not door weight alone

The stated 500–1200 figure is the Blum power-factor range, abbreviated LF. It is not a weight in grams and not a standalone load rating. Calculate the application power factor by multiplying cabinet height in millimetres by the complete front weight in kilograms. Use current Blum planning information and select the more powerful mechanism where ranges overlap or where the application is close to a boundary.

Compatible components and installation

A complete application requires the correct cabinet fixing, front bracket, TIP-ON unit, unsprung hinges and mounting plates. Blum lists cabinet fixings 20K5101 screw-on and 20K51E1 EXPANDO. Front-fixing options include 20K4101 screw-on, 20K41E1 EXPANDO and 20K4101A for narrow aluminium frames.
