Blum 71T0550 CLIP top Mini 94° Overlay Screw-On Hinge

The sprung Blum 71T0550 mini concealed hinge positions a small cabinet door over the front edge of the cabinet side. Its compact 26 mm screw-on cup can suit narrow timber frames where a conventional 35 mm cup will not fit, provided the door has sufficient sound material around the boring. A straight arm clips onto a separately purchased compatible mounting plate, so a fitted door can be removed and rehung without unscrewing the cup.

For small doors and narrow frames

Suitable uses include compact furniture, display cabinets and replacement doors prepared for a 26 mm cup. Check door dimensions, timber strength and the actual Blum planning information before drilling. The published front-thickness range in the existing listing is 16–32 mm, with a trial application advised from 23 mm; suitability is not guaranteed by thickness alone.

Sprung closing, not integrated soft close

The hinge spring draws the door towards closed. It does not contain BLUMOTION. Compatible external BLUMOTION damping, including a suitable 971A adapter configuration, may be selected separately after checking plate and installation compatibility.

Screw-on cup and CLIP fitting

Fix the 26 mm cup to the prepared door with appropriate screws through the cup flange. The tool-free CLIP connection applies between hinge arm and cabinet mounting plate, not to the cup fixing. A third locating pin on the arm assists a stable plate connection. The compatible Blum CLIP mounting plate is not included.
