Frequently asked questions

What does master keyed mean?

The cylinder has an assigned change key and can also be operated by the correctly configured master key for its suite.

Is a master key supplied?

Do not assume so. Order the compatible master key separately unless the product contents explicitly state that it is included.

How do I check the size?

Measure from the centre retaining-screw position to each end of the existing cylinder and confirm the 30/50mm orientation before ordering.
